中小学时期是青少年生理、心理急剧发育、变化的重要时期,也是增长知识,接受良好道德品质和行为习惯养成教育的最佳时期。学生良好行为习惯的养成是形成良好班风的基础。因此,在基础教育的小学阶段,德育教育应以行为习惯养成教育为主,把行为习惯的养成教育落到实处。一、注重学生差异,实施养成教育学生良好行为习惯不是一朝一夕养成的,必须长期抓。特别是那些行为习惯较差的学生,要运用一定的方法去激励他们奋斗的风帆。
