In this experiment, porcine isolated coronary artery spiral perfusion experiments were performed to observe the effect of opiates Morphine, Fentanyl and Naloxone on isolated porcine coronary arteries. The results showed that morphine and fentanyl had a contractile effect on isolated porcine coronary arteries in a dose-dependent manner. Phentolamine and naloxone had no antagonistic effect on morphine contractility, whereas naloxone itself could Cause coronary contractions. The above results suggest that morphine may not act on opiate receptors in isolated porcine coronary arteries. Haloperidol inhibits morphine contractile effects. Dopamine exerts a dilating effect on coronary arteries, so the antagonistic effect of haloperidol is not through dopamine receptors.
