目的:观察乌饭树叶提取物对应激大鼠所致氧化损伤的改善作用及机制。方法:采用足底电击建立应激大鼠动物模型,乌饭树叶醇提物按高、低剂量灌胃10 d,在第7天时进行应激,7 d后结束应激,处死各组动物。留取血清及脑组织,测定丙二醛(MDA),谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GPx)及过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:高、低剂量醇提物组大鼠血清及脑组织中SOD、GPx水平均显著高于应激对照组(P<0.05);而MDA含量则显著低于应激对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应激大鼠存在氧化应激损伤,给予乌饭树叶提取物可减轻氧化应激损伤,从而降低应激大鼠的氧化损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect and the mechanism of extract of Ulva pertussis leaves on oxidative stress induced by stress in rats. Methods: Animal models of stress rats were established by electric shock of foot. The alcoholic extract of the leaves of Ulva pertussis was given intragastrically for 10 days at high and low doses. The animals were stressed on the 7th day and stressed after 7 days. All animals were sacrificed. Serum and brain tissue were collected for determination of MDA, GPx and SOD activity. Results: The levels of SOD and GPx in the serum and brain tissue of alcohol extract group were significantly higher than those of stress control group (P <0.05), while the content of MDA was significantly lower than that of stress control group (P <0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Oxidative stress injury exists in stress rats, and the extract of Ulva pertussis leaves can reduce the oxidative stress injury and thus reduce the oxidative damage in stress rats.
