采用反相高效液相色谱检测法测定了珠子参中人参皂苷Rd的含量。色谱柱为Zorbax extend-C 18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-水(35:65),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为205 nm。结果表明:人参皂苷Rd浓度在11.0~110.0μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为97.2%(RSD=2.5%)。该法快速、灵敏、准确,可为珠子参的质量控制以及综合利用提供科学依据。
The content of ginsenoside Rd in Begonia ginseng was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The column was a Zorbax extend-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (35:65) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 205 nm. The results showed that ginsenoside Rd had a good linearity in the range of 11.0-110.0 μg · mL-1 with an average recovery of 97.2% (n = 6) (RSD = 2.5%). The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can provide scientific basis for the quality control and comprehensive utilization of Benth.
