在预应力电杆生产工艺中,施加预应力是一道重要的工艺环节,而张拉板的形式选择和设计是否得当是关系到施加的预应力能否达到标准(即施加在电杆纵筋上的应力是否均匀)的必要条件,现介绍几种张拉板形式,供读者参考。一、大头张拉板(图1) 这种张拉板是在钢模大头,即锥形杆或等径杆底端进行张拉。有的是半模预拉,浇注混凝土后盖模整模拉到预定数值;有的是一次整模拉,骨架事先模外成型。张拉后用4个螺杆固定和调平衡。
