目的:通过SD大鼠肝癌模型,探讨其MRI征象及其病理组织形态学的关系。材料与方法:13只SD大鼠肝癌模型共21个瘤灶,用1.5T超导MR机检查,观察MRI征象与其病理进行对照。结果:1.肿瘤细胞分级为Ⅱ级有17个瘤灶,T_1WI等信号或稍低信号、T_2WI稍高信号;肿瘤细胞分级为Ⅲ级的4个瘤灶中3个瘤灶T_1WI稍低信号、T_2WI高信号,另1个瘤灶T_1WI呈稍低信号、T_2WI呈稍高信号;2.T_2WI呈稍高信号的18个瘤灶在病理上肿瘤多伴小灶至小片坏死,T_2WI呈高信号的3个瘤灶伴大片坏死;3.MRI图像上T_1WI瘤内“更低信号区”的病理基础主要为坏死。结论:SD大鼠肝癌模型MRI征象能反映瘤内病理组织形态学改变。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between MRI features and histopathological histology in SD rat liver cancer model. Materials and Methods: Twenty-one tumor foci of 13 SD rat liver cancer models were examined with a 1.5T superconducting MR machine. MRI signs were compared with their pathological features. Results:1. The tumor cell grading was grade II with 17 tumors. The signal of T_1WI and other signals were slightly lower and the signal was slightly higher on T_2WI. The T_1WI of 3 tumors of the 4 tumors with graded tumor cells were slightly lower than the signal. On T_2WI hyperintensity, the other tumor showed slightly low signal on T_1WI and slightly higher signal on T_2WI; 2. The 18 tumors with slightly higher signal on T_2WI had pathological tumors with necrosis from small foci to small pieces, and showed high signal on T_2WI. The tumors were accompanied by large necrosis. 3. The pathological basis of the “lower signal area” within T_1WI tumors on MRI images was mainly necrosis. Conclusion: The MRI features of SD rat liver cancer model reflect the histopathological changes in the tumor.
