Y802A八篮恒温烘箱(常州纺织仪器厂生产)原电路采用电子管6P1控制,目前6P1电子管已经淘汰。为此,对原电路进行了改进(改进后电路见图所示)。只需增加一只双向可控硅BCR和一只小型指示灯变压器B(如XD8型)。另外将原图中的小型直流继电器ZLJ改为小型交流继电器JLJ,再将其常开触点改为常闭触点即可。工作原理:工作时合上开关K_1,加热指示灯HZD亮。因烘箱内温度低于设定值,由接点式玻璃水银温度计KK_1断开,双向可控硅BCR无控制信号,小型交流继电器JLJ线圈不工作,其控制触点JLJ保持原始状态。
