伴随着我国市场竞争环境加剧,企业面临着较大的市场竞争压力,而人作为核心竞争力,需要加强企业的人力资源管理,充分发挥人力资源的优势,促进企业的长远发展和健康发展。但目前我国企业的人力资源管理工作仍存在诸多问题,严重制约了企业的发展,因此本文就我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行分析。
With the aggravating market competition environment in our country, enterprises are facing greater pressure of market competition. As a core competitive force, people need to strengthen their human resources management, give full play to the advantages of human resources, and promote their long-term development and healthy development. However, at present, there are still many problems in the management of human resources in Chinese enterprises, seriously restricting the development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of human resources management in Chinese enterprises.
