应用流式细胞仪分别观察糖尿病模型组、糖尿病APP1 7肽治疗组和正常对照组大鼠海马线粒体膜电位和凋亡率。结果 :糖尿病组大鼠海马线粒体膜电位明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,凋亡发生率增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;APP1 7肽治疗组与糖尿病组相比海马线粒体膜电位增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,凋亡发生率降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结果提示 :海马线粒体膜电位下降和细胞的凋亡可能参与糖尿病脑病的发生和发展 ;APP1 7肽具有改善这一病理过程的作用
The mitochondrial membrane potential and apoptosis rate in hippocampus of diabetic model group, diabetic APP1 7 peptide-treated group and normal control group were observed by flow cytometry. Results: The mitochondrial membrane potential of hippocampus of diabetic rats decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the incidence of apoptosis increased (P <0.01). The membrane potential of hippocampal hippocampus increased in APP1 7 peptide treated group compared with diabetic rats (P <0.05), and the incidence of apoptosis decreased (P <0.05), showing no significant difference compared with the normal control group. The results suggest that: hippocampal mitochondrial membrane potential decline and apoptosis may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of diabetic encephalopathy; APP1 7 peptide has the role of improving the pathological process
