燃烧法测定镀铬液中硫酸根,早有文献报导。文献曾评论说,此法能够测出硫酸根总量,但试液置于瓷舟中极易渗透散失,准确度欠佳。文献探讨了用还原铁粉做镀铬液吸收剂,燃烧法测定硫酸根,使准确度提高。我们在此推荐氧化锌做吸收剂,具有以下优点: 1 氧化锌是蓬松的粉状,与稀H_2SO_4反应快,所以吸收镀铬液能力强,镀铬液不会渗入瓷舟。 2 氧化锌在高温下很稳定,空白值极低。所以使用氧化锌做吸收剂不需要称量。
Burning method for the determination of sulfate in chrome plating solution has long been reported in the literature. Literature has commented that this method can measure the total amount of sulfate, but the test solution easily infiltrated porcelain boat, poor accuracy. The literature explored the use of reduced iron powder as a chrome-plating fluid absorbent and the combustion method for the determination of sulfate to improve accuracy. Here we recommend zinc oxide as absorbent, has the following advantages: 1 zinc oxide is fluffy powder, and dilute H_2SO_4 reaction fast, so strong ability to absorb chrome plating solution, chrome plating solution will not penetrate the porcelain boat. 2 Zinc oxide is very stable at high temperatures with a very low blank value. Therefore, the use of zinc oxide as absorbent does not require weighing.
