毛木耳是一种广泛分布于热带和亚热带地区的耳类,适应的温度范围广,但不同品种有不同生长要求和生长环境。目前,福州地区栽培的主要品种是781,其外观和品质不适合日本人口味,在外销及价格上均不理想。台湾毛木耳因肉质厚,白背黑面,适合日本人口味,在外贸出口上成为抢手货,价格高于781菌株五倍多。为发展福州地区毛木耳种植事业,我们引进了台毛43等优良品种,在福州地区进行适应性栽培研究,探讨其生物学特性以及栽培技术。现将结果总结如下: 一、生物学特性 (一)温度对台毛生育的影响 在PDA培养基上,以781菌株为对照,置不同温度处理,结果见表1。从表1 不同温度对毛木耳菌丝生长的影响(单位:mm/日)
Auricularia auricula is a widely distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of the ear, to adapt to a wide temperature range, but different varieties have different growth requirements and growth environment. At present, the main cultivar cultivated in Fuzhou is 781, whose appearance and quality are not suitable for Japanese tastes and are not ideal for export and price. Due to thick meat, white back black surface, Taiwan’s fungus earrings are suitable for Japanese tastes and become popular on the export market. The price is more than five times that of the 781 strain. In order to develop the fungus cultivation in Fuzhou, we introduced the excellent varieties such as Taiwan 43 and so on, and carried out adaptive cultivation research in Fuzhou to explore their biological characteristics and cultivation techniques. Now the results are summarized as follows: First, the biological characteristics (a) the temperature on Taiwan hair growth in PDA medium to 781 strains as a control, set at different temperatures, the results in Table 1.
