案例: 清晨,因病长期卧床的王先生,突然发现自己的左腿明显地肿了起来。老伴看到后,非常着急,连忙帮王先生活动下肢并揉搓按摩。本指望能尽快消肿,不料肿胀不但没消,王先生却突然胸闷气短差点没背过气去,在医院经过一通抢救才转危为安。医生说,王先生先是患了急性下肢深静脉血栓形成,其后又因为患肢的过度活动和挤压,使血栓脱落,血栓随血液流到了肺动脉部位,引发了肺动脉栓塞。
