都说一年级的语文很简单,无非是拼音字母和最简单的汉字,很多都是幼儿园学过的。可有些孩子因为某些原因,并未上过幼儿园,或者是上过幼儿园,但因为自身智力发展方面的原因,对学习并没有信心。他们上课时虽然不讲话,但并没有多么的积极。我们班的张××就是这样的一个女孩子,她很文静,很乖巧,可就是对学习没有多大的兴趣。在课堂上,我尽量使用比赛,游戏等方式增强学生学习语文的兴趣。可是这个小孩子的成绩总是没提高,上课从
