通过试验对 SSAW、ERW、UOE三种焊管的疲劳裂纹扩展特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,三种焊管各区的疲劳裂纹扩展速率的 Paris方程表达式ΔK的指数均在 3.1～ 4.3之间 ,且SSAW焊管表现出较低的疲劳裂纹扩展速率。随着加载应力比的提高 ,疲劳裂纹扩展速率将随之增大。
The fatigue crack propagation characteristics of three kinds of SSAW, ERW and UOE welded pipes were studied through experiments. The results show that the Paris equation of the fatigue crack growth rate in each of the three pipe regions has a ΔK index of 3.1 to 4.3, and the SSAW pipe shows a lower fatigue crack growth rate. As the loading stress ratio increases, the fatigue crack growth rate will increase.
