本文选择以黄疸为主要临床表现的酒精性肝炎患者68 例，随机分为两组，对照组33 例，单纯用西药治疗，治疗组35 例，西药治疗同对照组，并予加用中药加味葛根汤煎服。疗程结束观察结果；治疗组总有效率为97.1%。明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）提示加味葛根汤配合西药治疗酒精性肝炎，尤其是伴有黄疸者有良好效果，值得临床推广应用。
In this paper, 68 cases of alcoholic hepatitis with jaundice as the main clinical manifestations were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine alone, 35 cases in the treatment group and western medicine group were treated with the control group, Decoction soup. End of treatment observation results; treatment group total effective rate was 97.1%. Obviously better than the control group (P <0.01), suggesting that flavored Pueraria Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of alcoholic hepatitis, especially those with jaundice have good results, worthy of clinical application.
