采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对普通桃(A.Persica(L)Batsch),蟠桃(A.PersicaL.var Compressa Bean),寿星桃(A.Persica Var.densa Makino),新疆桃(A.Porsica ferganensis KOV.et kost)和甘肃桃(A.Kansuensis skeels),取早春初生嫩梢幼叶和新梢皮层进行过氧化物酶同工酶研究,从两种样本取得相同结果表明,普通桃与变种(蟠桃、寿星桃)其主要酶带数和 Rf 值大小(早春初生嫩梢幼叶酶谱的 C,D 带,新梢皮层酶谱的 D,——G 带)完全相同;甘肃桃具有特异酶带 C,与普通桃酶谱差异明显,新疆桃与普通桃同工酶谱十分相似,具有极强的同源关系。因此,新疆桃的分类地位有待深入研究探讨。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was performed on A. peach (L.) Batsch, A. Persica L.var Compressa Bean, A. Persica Var .densa Makino, A.Porsica ferganensis KOV.et kost and A. kansuensis skeels were used to study the peroxidase isozyme of young shoots and shoots in early spring. The same results were obtained from the two samples. Peach, peach and peach) had the same number of Rf values (C and D bands of early spring young leaves and D and -G bands of shoot cortex) With C, and ordinary peach zymogram significant differences, Xinjiang peach and common peach isozymes are very similar, with strong homology. Therefore, the classification of Xinjiang peach needs further study.
