职技校学生学习成绩和学习能力比较欠缺,这很大程度上是由学生的智商决定的。而学生情绪控制、情感交流、意志品质、受挫能力往往是由情商控制的。智商是天生的,情商更多的是靠后天培养的,而学生以后的成败很大程度上由情商决定。无论每个学生的天赋如何,每个人都可以通过自己的努力,舞出人生精彩。作为职技校班主任,有必要在学生在校期间培养他们良好的情商,树立自信,走向成功,这也是职技校德育教育的主要内容。
