吉林27号大豆新品种是吉林省农科院大豆研究所于1983年,以公交7832—2为母本,吉林20号为父本进行育性杂交,以所内选育为主,结合南繁南育选育而成。原品系代号为公交83115—1。1991年4月通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定,并命名为吉林27号。该品种为亚有限结荚习性,株高90～100厘米。主茎发达,茎秆粗壮。具有节间短,主茎节数多,荚密均匀且部位低。秆强抗倒伏。紫花、灰毛、圆叶。子粒圆形,种皮黄
