【目的】从低被引论文所占比例及分布情况出发考察期刊学术质量,呼吁编辑同行做引文分析时可适当关注低被引论文情况,以期全方位认识刊物存在的问题。【方法】选取零被引率、一次被引率、一次被引率减零被引率、二次被引率减一次被引率4种指标,定量考察光电类期刊、电子通信类期刊、工程技术综合类高校学报的载文低被引情况,同时将其和主流正向指标进行比较,发现二者排名并非一致。【结果】我国科技期刊普遍存在低被引论文所占比例高的现象,收稿范围越大类别的期刊问题越突出,且反向考察期刊论文低被引情况能对正向指标表征的期刊评价信息予以补充。【结论】科技期刊编辑可从低被引论文所占比例、指标历年变化趋势、被引次数分布等几方面对期刊现状予以关注。
【Objective】 To examine the academic quality of journals based on the proportion and distribution of papers with low cited quotations, and to urge citing peer to do citation analysis, we can pay proper attention to the situation of low-cited papers so as to realize the problems existing in journals comprehensively. 【Method】 Four indices of zero rate of entrainment, primary entrainment rate, primary entrainment rate of zeroing rate, secondary entrainment rate of one rate of entrainment rate were selected. Quantitative investigation was made on the reports of optoelectronic periodicals, electronic communication periodicals, engineering and technical colleges The article was quoted as being of a low profile and at the same time compared with the mainstream forward indicators and found that the rankings were not the same. [Results] The prevalence of low-cited papers in China’s sci-tech periodicals was high, the journals with the larger scope were more prominent, and the journals with low cited citations could reverse the periodical evaluation Information to be supplemented. 【Conclusion】 Editors of sci-tech periodicals can pay attention to the current situation of periodicals from the aspects of the proportion of low-cited papers, the tendency of indicators over the years and the distribution of the number of times cited.
