近几年,珲春市委、市政府高度重视我市技能人才队伍建设,加大财政投入,强化培训力度,取得了显著成效。但,在技能人才培养、供给以及解决供需矛盾方面,还有很多问题要解决,很多领域要创新和突破。为此,建议要在全社会营造尊重人才尊重技能的氛围;拓宽渠道,进一步加强技能人才培训基地建设;建立健全机制体制,从法律上、制度上对人才供需提供根本保障;不断创新技能人才培训模式;建立与现代技术相适应的高技能人才培养师资队伍。
In recent years, Hunchun municipal government attaches great importance to the construction of the city's skilled personnel, increased financial input, and strengthened training, and achieved remarkable results. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the training and supply of skilled personnel as well as the solution to the contradiction between supply and demand.
