两年来,我科在用氨苄治疗感染性疾病过程中,出现药疹20例,现报道如下。临床资料一、年龄与性别:发病年龄10月～3岁10例,～6岁4例,～9岁6例。20例中男7例,女13例。二、用药情况:用药前做青霉素皮试阴性,按每公斤体重100～150mg/日,分2次加入10%葡萄糖液50～100ml 内静脉点滴。其中原发病为病毒性脑炎、紫癜性肾炎、肾病综合征、类风湿性关节炎者共8例,在应用氨苄的同时或前后均应用肾上腺糖皮质激素,也出现皮疹。其中激素与氨苄同时应用者3例,皮疹出现时间(即氨苄用药时间)平均
