本文论述了价格监管在社会资本合作(PPP)项目建设运营中的重要地位,分析了我国现行PPP项目价格监管政策的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,本文从完善PPP项目价格监管法律制度、强化市场功能,建立PPP项目科学合理价格形成机制、进一步完善价格听证,建立PPP服务价格独立民意调查与消费者组织参与决策制度、创新PPP项目价格监管体制,平衡各方利益诉求等方面,提出了对策建议。
