国家体委教练员岗位培训上海会议确定天津体院为中级田径教练员岗位培训第二批试点班的教学单位。在国家体委科教司文教处和田径教练员岗位培训指导小组以及天津市体委的直接领导下,天津市中级田径教练员岗位培训试点班于1990年12月5日至1991年2月4日在天津体育学院开班。通过两个月的教学工作实践,取得了一定的成绩。现将我们在教学工作中的做法和体会总结如下:
