上钢一厂平炉车间推行‘三班半制’取得了一定效果,但目前尚存在若干问题有待进一步解决。现将华志飞同志来稿发表,希望各单位研究提出改进意见。我们认为三班半制适合于有两座同一设备的车间,在一座设备的车间推行存在缺点较多。此外文内提及以往的生产混乱,我们认为因素很多,不能完全归之于‘三班轮替制’的不合理。
The implementation of the “three shifts and semi-production” of the first flat-hearth workshop of SSC achieved some results, but there are still some problems to be solved. Comrade Hua Zhifei is now publishing manuscripts, I hope all units to study and put forward suggestions for improvement. We think that the three-and-a-half-shift system is suitable for a workshop with two identical units and that there are more flaws in the implementation of one-unit workshop. In addition, the text mentions the previous chaos in production. We think that there are many factors that can not be completely attributed to the unreasonableness of the “three-liner replacement.”
