国债政策是国家宏观经济政策的一个重要的子系统，是财政政策的有机组成部分，是调节资源配置、经济利益及其整个经济运行的重要杠杆之一。本文拟从理论和实践的结合上，就国债政策的若干问题提出一些看法，以供有关方面进一步研究参考。一、我国中长期国债政策存在的主要问题
National debt policy is an important sub-system of the state’s macroeconomic policy and an integral part of fiscal policy. It is one of the major levers for adjusting resource allocation, economic benefits and the entire economy. This article intends to put forward some opinions on some issues of the national debt policy from the combination of theory and practice so as to provide reference for further research by relevant parties. First, China’s long-term debt policy the main problems
