性状:本品为白色结晶性粉末,略有异臭,味苦。具左旋性,极易溶于冰醋酸,易溶于甲醇、氯仿、二氯甲烷,不易溶于乙醇,不溶于水,几乎不溶于乙醚。 效能:原发性高血压症(轻——中型)。 用法:成人开始每日20mg,效果不明显时,可增加到40mg,1日2次分服(早晚饭后)。也可按年龄、症状适当增减。 一般注意事项: ①长期服用时,要定期作心功能检查(脉搏、血压、心电图、X线等),当发生脉缓或低血压时,应减量或停药,必要时可使用阿托品或异丙肾上腺素。并注意观察肝、肾功能及血象。
