本文使用丹麦 AS—72型《纯音诊断测定器》,对缺碘地区学童进行了听力测定,并选择非缺碘地区学童做为对照。同时,做了尿碘、甲状腺吸碘率、T_4、FT_4I、T_3的测定。结果表明:缺碘地区学童,其平均听阈均比对照组明显降低(P<0.01),表现为双侧低频感觉神经性听力下降;尿碘、T_4、FT_4I、T_3也比对照组降低;甲状腺吸碘率呈碘饥饿状态。根据本实验结果证明:这种听力下降可能与缺碘所致的甲状腺功能轻度低下有关。
In this paper, Danish AS-72 “pure tone diagnostic tester”, the iodine-deficient areas of children were measured, and non-iodine-deficient area as a control. At the same time, urine iodine, thyroid iodine absorption rate, T_4, FT_4I, T_3 determination. The results showed that the average hearing threshold of schoolchildren in iodine-deficient areas was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), and bilateral low-frequency sensory neuropathic hearing loss was found. Urinary iodine, T_4, FT_4I and T_3 also decreased compared with the control group. Iodine rate was iodine starvation. According to the experimental results show that: this hearing loss may be associated with iodine deficiency caused by mild hypothyroidism related.
