针对石化炼油企业生产过程中油品储运损失比较大,无法通过正算的方法科学得出其损失值、损失结构和比例等问题,提出了通过数学模型正算的原理说明油品储运损失的计算过程和方法。与物料平衡反算法相比,基于数学模型的正算法实现了储运损失从定性分析到量化、半量化分析的跨越,改变了储运损失统计上传统平衡方法的管理方式,实现了储运损失正算的科学、精细化管理。通过油品储运损失的正算数学模型,首次定量地分析了炼油企业油品储运损失的组成和分布,分析出了炼油企业油品储运损失的主要油种和途径,为进一步降低企业加工损失提供了一定的指导意义。
