我国水利工程改造项目越来越多,同时也越来越受到重视,水利工程项目的规模大,专业分工复杂,工程项目风险贯穿于整个工程项目建设中,其风险的大小会直接影响整个工程的正常建设与实施。本文笔者分析了现阶段我国水利工程项目管理中所存在的一些风险问题,并进一步提出了管理对策。让水利工程能够进行有效的风险控制和管理,对工程建设具有一定的现实指导意义。
