长期以来,人们对未治病人这项统计指标未引起重视。其实它是反映一个医院或一个临床科室的病种结构变化及医疗质量的一项不可忽视的重要指标。通过这项指标可以看出在缩短平均住院日过程中产生的某些问题,以便及时加以控制;也可以看出传统的医疗方案的改变及医疗技术的进步对提高医疗效率的影响。本文对某医院1991年～1996年未治病人的变化及其原因进行了调查分析。1 未治病人的范围及资料来源与方法
For a long time, people have not paid attention to this statistical indicator of untreated patients. In fact, it is an important indicator that can reflect the changes in the disease structure and medical quality of a hospital or a clinical department.
