目的 :探讨紫杉醇对Lewis肺癌的抑制作用。方法 :将Lewis肺癌细胞接种于 2 0只C57BL/6小鼠皮下(1.2 5× 10 6/鼠 ) ,随机分成对照组和治疗组 ,接种后第 5d分别腹腔注射生理盐水 0 .2ml和紫杉醇 10mg/kg ,连用10d。第 18d处死动物。取癌组织切片 ,Feulgen染色 ,利用图像分析仪测癌细胞核形态参数和DNA含量。结果 :治疗组癌细胞的核面积〔(18.373± 4.833) μm2 〕、核周长〔(16 .5 2 2± 2 .5 18) μm〕、核平均直径〔(2 .40 1± 0 .2 88) μm〕、积分光密度 (3.0 96± 0 .771)、DNA倍体 (0 .5 6 3± 0 .114)均小于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,核形状因子 (1.186± 0 .0 81)大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :紫杉醇对Lewis肺癌有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel on Lewis lung carcinoma. Methods: Lewis lung carcinoma cells were subcutaneously inoculated into 20 C57BL / 6 mice subcutaneously (1.2 5 × 10 6 / mouse) and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. On the 5th day after inoculation, 0.2 ml saline and 0.25 mg paclitaxel / kg, once every 10d. Animals were sacrificed on the 18th day. Take cancer tissue sections, Feulgen staining, the use of image analysis of cancer cell nuclear morphological parameters and DNA content. Results: The nucleus area of cancer cells in the treatment group 〔(18.373 ± 4.833) μm2〕, nuclear perimeter 〔(16.52 ± 2.2518) μm〕, nuclear mean diameter 〔(2.401 ± 0.2 88 μm), the integral optical density (3.0 96 ± 0.771) and the DNA ploidy (0.56 3 ± 0.114) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01).
