从我国和世界经济历史看,大小企业并存、优势互补是社会经济发展中自然形成的。在发展大企业的同时,充分发挥小企业的作用,做到大小并举,已成为一种客观规律的要求。只有形成大小企业相互依存、协调发展的企业组织结构,国民经济才能持续快速健康发展。

From the perspective of the economic history of our country and the world, the coexistence of small and large enterprises and their complementary advantages are naturally formed in the social and economic development. While developing large enterprises, it has become an objective law to give full play to the role of small enterprises and achieve the same size. Only by forming a structure of interdependence and coordinated development of enterprises in large and small sizes can the national economy continue its rapid and healthy development.
