目的:通过1例病例分析,总结头孢吡肟引起神经系统损害的一般规律,并根据临床特点给予合理化建议。方法:临床药师根据患者的病情变化,查阅文献,从患者的临床表现到所用药物排除其他原因,从给药时间、给药剂量、药物相互作用、停药后患者症状和体征变化等方面逐层分析各药物导致神经系统损害的可能性。结果:临床药师通过合理的分析、判断,给医生提出建议,及时终止了头孢吡肟对患者神经系统的损害。结论:在临床实践中,临床药师可以通过对药物治疗事件的分析与监护,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the general rules of cefepime-induced neurological damage through one case analysis and to provide reasonable suggestions according to the clinical characteristics. Methods: According to the change of patient’s condition, the clinical pharmacists looked up the literature, and excluded the other reasons from the clinical manifestations of the patients to the drugs used, and from the time of administration, the dosage, the drug interaction, the symptoms and signs of patients after discontinuation Analysis of the possibility of various drugs leading to nervous system damage. Results: Clinical pharmacists through reasonable analysis, judgments, to the doctor to make recommendations to cease cefepime in patients with nervous system damage. Conclusion: In clinical practice, clinical pharmacists can promote the rational use of drugs through the analysis and monitoring of medical treatment events.
