目的分析番禺区实施结核病控制项目的成本—效益。方法采用抽样电话调查结合病历回顾的方法估计个人成本,运用伤残调整寿命年(DALY)指标及成本效益分析等经济学方法来评价项目实施效果。结果项目投入产出比为1:39.6。结论该项目的成本—效益收益明显。
Objective To analyze the cost-benefit of tuberculosis control project in Panyu District. Methods The sample telephone survey combined with medical record review was used to estimate the individual cost. The DALY index and cost-benefit analysis were used to evaluate the project implementation effect. Results The project input-output ratio was 1: 39.6. Conclusion The project’s cost-benefit benefits are obvious.
