利用交流电场处理捕收剂在浮选过程中,提高有用矿物的回收或降低药剂消耗,在国外已有研究,并取得一定的成效。但在理论上的研究还处于发展阶段。 为了探明用电场处理捕收剂对我厂所处理的矿石的浮选效果和实用价值,我厂于1973年8月以来,进行了小型及工业试验。试验结果表明:交流电场处理丁基黄药在选矿产品质量一致的情况下,回收率提高0.5~1%,丁基黄药的用量可降低35%。
The use of AC electric field collector in the flotation process to improve the recovery of useful minerals or reduce the consumption of reagents in foreign countries have been studied and achieved some results. However, the theoretical research is still in the development stage. In order to ascertain the flotation effect and practical value of the collector treated with electric field on the ore processed by our factory, our factory conducted small and industrial tests since August 1973. The experimental results show that under the condition of the same quality of dressing products, butyl xanthate treated by AC electric field can increase the recovery by 0.5-1% and the dosage of butyl xanthine by 35%.
