以实验性骨痂组织的超微结构变化为依据 ,进一步探讨伤科接骨片促进骨折愈合的机理。取 2 0只健康雄性昆明种小鼠 ,造成左桡骨中段 1.5 mm缺损骨折模型。将模鼠随机分为 2组 :实验组小鼠喂服伤科接骨片煎剂每只每天 2 .5 ml(含生药 5 g) ;对照组小鼠喂服等体积的生理盐水。两组小鼠在术后 2周及 4周分两批处死 ,取出骨断端骨痂组织 ,制成超薄切片 ,在日立 H- 6 0 0透射电镜下观察。结果示术后 2周 ,对照组小鼠骨痂内毛细血管少 ,内皮细胞功能不活跃 ,并有较多的成软骨细胞 ;实验组毛细血管多 ,管腔内有红细胞通过 ,内皮细胞器丰富 ,并出现大量的成骨细胞。术后 4周 ,对照组小鼠骨痂内毛细血管增多 ,增粗 ,并出现许多成骨细胞 ;实验组有大量的骨细胞形成。表明伤科接骨片能够促进骨折愈合。推测其作用机理为 :1促进毛细血管再生 ,改善局部微循环。 2促进成骨细胞的分化及增殖。 3补充骨折愈合所需微量元素。 4诱导成骨。
Based on the ultrastructural changes of the experimental osteophyte tissue, the mechanism of the fracture-healing mechanism of the traumatic bone graft was further explored. Twenty healthy male Kunming mice were selected, resulting in a 1.5 mm defect model of the middle segment of the left tibia. The rats were randomly divided into two groups: the mice in the experimental group were given a 2.5 ml daily dose of 5 grams of crude drug, and the mice in the control group were given an equal volume of normal saline. Two groups of mice were sacrificed in two batches at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation. The bone callus of the fractured end was removed and made into ultrathin sections, which were observed under the transmission electron microscope of Hitachi H-600. The results showed that 2 weeks after the operation, the control group had less capillaries in the callus, inactive endothelial cells, and more chondrocytes; the experimental group had more capillaries, red blood cells passed through the lumen, and endothelial cells were abundant. A large number of osteoblasts appeared. At 4 weeks after operation, the capillary volume in the control group increased and thickened, and many osteoblasts appeared; the experimental group had a large number of osteoblasts. It is indicated that the traumatic bone graft can promote fracture healing. Presumably its mechanism of action is: 1 promote capillary regeneration, improve local microcirculation. 2 Promote the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts. 3 supplements the trace elements required for fracture healing. 4 Induction of osteogenesis.
