为了了解小柴胡汤抗肝损害机理 ,采用Griess试剂检测小柴胡汤醇提物及灌服小柴胡汤醇提物小鼠血清对小鼠巨噬细胞释放NO的影响。结果显示 :小柴胡汤醇提物直接加入小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞培养液中不影响NO的产生 ;而加入 1 2 0min ,1 80min ,2 4 0min采集的含小柴胡汤醇提物小鼠血清能促进NO的产生。结果显示 :促进巨噬细胞释放NO可能是小柴胡汤抗肝损害的机理之一。
In order to understand the anti-hepatic damage mechanism of Xiaochaihu Decoction, Griess’ reagent was used to detect the effects of alcohol extract of Xiaochaihu Decoction and mice serum of alcoholic extract of Xiaochaihu Decoction on NO release from mouse macrophages. The results showed that the alcohol extract of Xiaochaihu Decoction was directly added into the culture medium of mouse peritoneal macrophages without affecting the production of NO; while the serum of mice with alcohol extract of Xiaochaihu Decoction collected at 120 min, 180 min, and 240 min was added. Can promote the production of NO. The results showed that promoting the release of NO by macrophages may be one of the mechanisms of Xiaochaihu decoction against liver damage.
