从现在起到本世纪末,是我们在新的国际形势下,全面实现现代化建设第二步战略部署至关重要的时期。而第二步战略部署能否顺利实现,说到底与能否搞好企业特别是国有大中型企业有着密切的关系。因此,进一步加大企业思想政治工作的力度,为深化改革、建立现代企业制度和生产经营服务,就显得更为重要,更加迫切。我们必须坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的基本路线为指导,遵循六中全会的精神,按照中央办公厅、国务院办公厅转发的《中央宣传部、国家经贸委关于加强和改进企业思想政治工作的若干意见》中提出的指导方针、基本原则、主要内容、方式方法等要求,紧密结合企业实际,扭住企业改革和发展这个中心,着重在以下几个方面狠下功夫:
