环形混合痔属肛肠科疾病的重症之一，病程长，病情重，比较难治．以往常采用分段结扎术治疗．避免了粘膜外翻、脱垂及肛门失禁等后遗症，但是却存在着术后创面大，患者较痛苦，愈合时间长等问题．自１９９０年以来，筛选病例，采用外剥内扎术治疗环形混合痔１４７例，其中男４９例，女９８例，全部一次治愈，治愈率１００％。创面愈合时间１０～１５ｄ，平均为１２．５ｄ．术后随访５年，残留皮赘１９例，未发现粘膜外翻、脱垂、肛门狭窄及失禁等后遗症。结论：用外剥内扎术治疗环形混合痔，不仅解除了患者的痛苦，而且损伤小、缩短了疗程，巳不易复发。对于残留皮赘切除术，也为患者所接受，不失为一种较佳的环痔治疗法。

Wound healing time 10 ~ 15d, with an average of 12.5d. After 5 years of follow-up, there were 19 cases of residual psoriasis, and no sequelae such as mucosal eversion, prolapse, anal stenosis and incontinence were found. Conclusion: The use of external ligation in the treatment of ring mixed hemorrhoids, not only relieved the patient’s pain, and injury is small, shorten the course of treatment, has been difficult to relapse. For residual skin excision, but also for the patient to accept, after all, a better ring hemorrhoids treatment.
