分别在中性、碱性和酸性环境下对钛酸四丁酯溶液进行水解以制备纳米二氧化钛。在中性和碱性环境下水解产物是非晶态的 ,当温度低于 70 0℃煅烧只能得到锐钛矿型二氧化钛。在酸性环境下 ,通过调整酸和水的加入量将溶液在低温下 (4 0~5 0℃ )水解合成了从纯锐钛矿相到不同比例锐钛矿 金红石混晶相 ,再到纯金红石相的纳米二氧化钛。乙醇的加入促进凝胶的形成以及锐钛矿相向金红石相的转化。
The tetrabutyl titanate solution was hydrolyzed to prepare nano-titanium dioxide in neutral, alkaline and acidic environments respectively. Hydrolyzates are amorphous in neutral and alkaline environments, and calcined at temperatures below 70 0 C gives only anatase-type titanium dioxide. Under acidic environment, the solution was hydrolyzed from pure anatase phase to anatase rutile mixed phase at low temperature (40 ~ 50 ℃) by adjusting the addition amount of acid and water, then pure rutile Phase of nano-titanium dioxide. The addition of ethanol promotes the formation of gels and the conversion of anatase phase to rutile phase.
