随着我国社会的发展与进步,在一定程度上推动了我国文化事业的前进,进而使得我国戏曲有着很大的发展。而随着戏曲元素在戏剧中的融入,使得其对导演人才的培养越来越受到一定的重视。这其中充分体现出我国对于戏剧教育的重视与本土化的发展。戏曲元素的融入对于培养戏剧导演人才中具有重要的作用,这其中不仅有着理论性的思考,更是有着重要的参考价值。戏曲元素的融入在一定的程度上有利于我国传统文化的发展,更是对我国戏剧教育事业的发展起到了积极的作用。因此,本文结合自身的学习与工作经验针对戏曲元素在培养戏剧导演人才中的有效融合进行分析与研究。
With the development and progress of our society, it has promoted the progress of our country’s cultural undertakings to a certain extent, which in turn has greatly promoted the development of Chinese opera. With the integration of opera elements in drama, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of director talents. This fully reflects our country’s emphasis on drama education and localization. The integration of opera elements plays an important role in cultivating theater directors, which not only has theoretical thinking, but also has important reference value. The incorporation of opera elements is conducive to the development of our country’s traditional culture to a certain extent, and plays a positive role in the development of drama education in our country. Therefore, this article analyzes and studies the effective integration of opera elements in training theater directors by combining their learning and work experience.
