针对混合动力挖掘机动力系统振动剧烈导致的部件失效问题,首先利用有限元软件对动力系统进行模态分析,确定系统固有频率和相应的振型,随后通过非接触式扭转振动测试方法对动力系统的扭转振动进行了测试和分析。结合理论分析、试验测试和发动机激励,可以确定动力系统扭转振动是造成部件失效的主要原因。通过改变系统扭转振动固有频率进行对比分析,确定改进方案。实施改进后彻底解决了动力系统的部件失效故障,相关分析和试验结果的正确性得到验证。
