长臂架混凝土泵车已经成为混凝土泵送的主导产品,应用越来越广泛。但在实际应用过程中,存在“大材小用”的现象,即用长臂架泵车来实现“矮程、近程”的泵送,自白地增加了燃油消耗和易损件磨损,增加了客户的使用成本。提出多通道泵送的理念,以适应不同工况需要,一机多用,从而提高泵送效率,减少不必要的燃料消耗和易损件磨损。以此为基础,设计了液压控制的泵送高度自动快速切换机构,既可以实现“高程、远程”泵送,也可以实现“矮程、近程”泵送。
