牙钻装卸器是装卸牙钻的器具,每台气涡轮机只附带一个。气涡轮机型号不同,牙钻装卸器形状也各异。大多不能相互通用。由于牙钻装卸器的不断损坏,给治疗工作带来不便。1979年来,我们根据瑞士牙钻装卸器的原理自己制作,经3年多临床应用,效果良好。制作步骤:见牙钻装卸器总装(图1)。装卸方法:装牙钻时,将牙钻插入手机轴孔,对准牙钻装卸器底座底部,垂直用力将牙钻顶入轴管夹具内(图2)。卸牙钻时,将牙钻装卸器顶针对准手机后盖孔,垂直用力将牙钻从轴管夹具内顶出(图3)。
Drill loader is a tool for handling dental drills, one for each gas turbine. Different gas turbine models, dental drill handling device shapes are also different. Mostly can not be common to each other. Due to the continuous damage to the dental handler, inconvenience to the treatment is caused. Since 1979, we have made our own according to the principle of Swiss dental drill handler. After more than three years of clinical application, the effect is good. Production steps: Dental drill loading assembly (Figure 1). Loading and unloading method: When installing the dental drill, insert the dental drill into the phone shaft hole and align the bottom of the dental drill handler base, and force the dental drill vertically into the pipe clamp (Fig. 2). Disassemble the dental drill, align the dental drill thimble with the back cover hole of the handpiece, and force the dental drill vertically out of the shaft tube clamp (Figure 3).
