近年来我们用冷冻治疗口腔粘液腺囊肿115例,现将临床资料小结如下: 一、设备与操作(一)致冷装置:采用我科自行制造的手持式电热加压冷冻治疗器,致冷源为液态氮。(二)操作:患者治疗均可在门诊进行,治疗时不需麻醉,一般粘液腺囊肿多采用接触方法冷冻,但一些囊肿突出粘膜较高,接触不易冻到基底部,则采用喷射冷冻法。(三)冷冻剂量及时间,冷冻头温度负160度时,一般1～2分钟,时间以组织表面出现冰霜时算起,多数患者需要采用冻融复次的方法冷冻,如
