为了培养高层次政府经济管理和企业管理人才,中共鞍山市委组织部、鞍山市人事局、鞍山市外国专家局联合下发文件,在全市选拔一批中青年骨干赴国外进行为期一年的培训。学员赴日学习期间得到了鞍山市委、市政府领导的亲切关怀。辽宁省委组织部副部长、省人事厅厅长王俊莲、省引智办主任赵洪涛及鞍山市人事局领导在访日期间分别专程看望了全体学员。学员在日期间时刻坚持党的领导,坚定社会主义信念,处处维护国家的尊严;他们克服各种困难,努力学习,广泛考察,深入研究日本经济的发展状况,不断向国内发回他们的思想汇报、学习体会及论文。本刊予以部分摘发,让更多的家乡人民了解他们,支持他们。
