近年来,口服米非司酮终止早孕研究已取得突破性进展。米非司酮配伍前列醇片终止49d内早孕的成功率>90％,并发现成功率与妊娠时间长短密切有关。1 材料和方法 1.1 病例选择 1993年6月～1994年6月,共选择停经49d内,平日月经周期规则,经妇科检查或尿妊娠试验血绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)测定证实为宫内早孕的健康妇女211例。平均年龄31.5岁。
