高压灭菌器属于《压力容器安全技术监察规则》管辖范围的压力容器,其生产、使用、检验检测和监督检查,应当遵守国务院《特种设备安全监察条例》。本文阐述了压力容器安全管理基本要求,着重阐述了高压灭菌器的购置与验收、使用登记和使用管理,实际管理过程中存在的问题及改进措施。
Autoclaves Pressure vessels belonging to the jurisdiction of the “Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations” shall observe the “Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations” of the State Council for their production, use, inspection, inspection and supervision and inspection. This paper describes the basic requirements for safety management of pressure vessels, and emphatically expounds the problems existing in the purchase and acceptance of the autoclaves, the registration and use management of the autoclaves, the problems existing in the actual management and the improvement measures.
