郝洪3月8日在《京华时报》上撰文指出:有许多数据证明,我国亟需加大公共财政对学前教育的投入。也有许多教训警示,公共财政对学前教育的投入必须秉承公平与均衡的原则。
On March 8, Hao Hong wrote in the “Jinghua Times”: There is a lot of data to prove that it is urgent for China to increase public finance’s investment in pre-school education.
