为贯彻落实苗圩部长7月11日在企业兼并重组工作部际协调小组(以下简称“部际协调小组”)第二次会议上的重要讲话精神,进一步推进企业兼并重组工作。8月9日,工业和信息化部产业政策司在太原组织召开了山西、内蒙古、河南、湖北等18个省(区、市)企业兼并重组工作座谈会。工信部党组成员、总工程师朱宏任出席会议并讲话,山西省经信委主任胡玉亭作了开场讲话,工信部产业政策司司长郑立新主持会议。会上,朱宏任对苗圩部长在部际协调小组第二次会议上的重要讲话进行了全面系统地解读,对各地做好下一步企业兼并重组提出了要求。
In order to implement the spirit of the important speech delivered by Minister Miao Wei on the second meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Group for Enterprise Merger and Reorganization (hereinafter referred to as “Inter-ministerial Coordination Group”) on July 11, M & Ms further promoted mergers and acquisitions. On August 9, the Industrial Policy Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a forum for the merger and reorganization of enterprises in 18 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan and Hubei in Taiyuan. Ministry of Industry and Party members, chief engineer Zhu Hong Ren attended the meeting and delivered a speech, Hu Yunting, director of the Commission of Shanxi Province Economic Commission made an opening speech, Minister of Industry and Information Technology Zheng Lixin presided over the meeting. At the meeting, Zhu Hongren conducted a comprehensive and systematic interpretation of Miao Wei’s important speech made at the second meeting of the inter-ministerial coordination group, setting forth the requirements for the next step in corporate mergers and reorganizations in various places.
